Absolutely terrible bank. The way the employees and the system work is absolutely unacceptable. I couldn't open a bank account for a month because of the slow work pace. After my bank account was opened, I still couldn't use it fully because I didn't receive a BankID, which I paid for and had been requesting for two weeks. In the end, I was told that I could only get it by personally coming to the bank's office and signing another contract. This is not only absurd but also misleading and frustrating because when I was at the bank, I specifically asked an employee three times if I would have to come to the bank to receive a BankID, and each time the answer was no. It was very important for me because I was leaving the country for a few months and would not be able to come to the office. A month later, one of their apps stopped working, and they didn't even notify me. That app was the only way to make any payments when you don't have a BankID. Then, without any warning, the bank took money from my account for the code device and, without any notification, sent it to my address even though I had notified them that I no longer lived there. Of course, it got lost. The same happened with my credit card.

The bank doesn't answer calls. When they finally do, the worker can abruptly hang up the phone mid-question. The same happens in the live chat in the SpareBank app. Terrible services.
