Zdecydowanie odradzam rezerwację pobytu w Norway Holiday Apartments - Norddalstunet. Zarezerwowałem pobyt na 2 noce w lipcu 2025 dla 4 osób. Dokonałem płatności, otrzymałem potwierdzenie o przyjętej rezerwacji. Dzień przed planowanym przyjazdem pisałem z właścicielem obiektu o odbiorze kodu do wejścia do zarezerwowanych pokoi. Następnego dnia, 2 godziny przed planowanym przyjazdem otrzymałem z Booking informację o anulowaniu rezerwacji.Gdy próbowałem skontaktować się z właścicielem obiektu nie odbierał telefonu. Dopiero po wysłaniu maila oddzwonił. Zaproponował wynajem pokoju u swojego znajomego w dużo wyższej cenie. Tłumaczył, że to błąd Bookingu, bo miał kilka rezerwacji na ten sam pokój. Nie wierzę, aby tłumaczenie właściciela było zgodne z prawdą... Kosztowało nas to dużo nerwów, ponieważ znalezienie noclegu w rozsądnej cenie w szczycie sezonu w okolicach Geiranger graniczyło z cudem. Jeszcze raz nie polecam tego obiektu.

موقع متميز بنظام شقق العطلات يتكون من منطقة جلوس مع غرفة نوم ودورة مياه وركن مطبخ مجهز وتراس ارضي مطل على النهر والساحة الخلفية للسكن
يتميز بالهدوء والراحة يقع في قرية تبعد عن مركز جيرانجير قرابة نصف ساعة انصح به لمن يرغب الهدوء والاختلاء بالطبيعة
يوجد متجر بالقرية قريب جدا من السكن بضع خطوات يتوفر به كل المستلزمات
الجلوس في التراس الخلفي او امام البحيرة والسير اليها على الاقدام
قضينا فترة رائعة ومثالية
المضيف متعاون ولديهم مكتب استعلام وتقديم خدمات سياحية
الدخول للسكن ذاتي ومرن.

Pokój, a raczej mieszkanie czyste, duże, kuchnia całkowicie umeblowana (kuchenka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik), tv (2-3 kanały), taras z miejscem do siedzenia, grill. Na plus widok: na fiord, góry i strumyk. Na minus jedynie brak Wi-Fi (było tak słabe, że go nie było), ale byliśmy jedną noc, więc nie przeszkadzało nam. Bezpłatny parking pod mieszkaniem.

We visited Norway early May and stayed at Norddalstunet (Norway Holiday Apartments) in room 4 for one night. Eventhough the owner took care of creating cosy and attractive apartments, we also didn’t have a good experience.

There were numerous defects to the apartment. For example; the ventilator of the stove was not working and the lock of the door to the terrace did not work properly. That’s no problem for us however.

What we did notice were numerous ants crawling around the apartment. Not just a few; we’re talking about tens, perhaps even 100+ ants. They were crawling right underneath the sofa bed in the living room, but they were also crawling on the kitchen table, bathroom floor and hallway.

We contacted the owner in the evening and we got a response late next morning, with an apology. Their reply: they must have found a way in just before our arrival. I gave the owner benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I read another recent review of a visitor reporting the ants. To me it is clear now that the owner must have been well aware of this problem.

We loved all the nice and different apartments in Norway, except for this one. Not recommended.

Very nice stay at this apartment, everything is wide and well adapted for a wheelchair, even the kitchen has space for the legs under the counter, and a cutting board inside a drawer, for easier access!

The worst experience of my life, when we arrived at the apartment at 8 PM, the apartment had an infestation of ants!

We traveled from Oslo to Nordal to visit Geiranger. There were 4 of us, and 2 were flying from Spain to Oslo to visit the Geiranger Fjord area. After driving several hours and arriving at the apartment super tired, we found an infestation of ants.
I contacted the owner, and the response was that they would refund my money and that I should look for something else and that if I had any complaints, I should contact BOOKING (from where I made the reservation) and that they couldn't do more.
I called BOOKING , and BOOKING was even worse. They referred me to the owner and the refund of the money, but they did not help with any type of compensation nor did they provide any other nearby place to compensate us for the consequences. It was Saturday, on a long weekend in Norway with everything more expensive, and they didn't give any solution. The girl who answered me told me that she did not have those privileges to sort it out and that she had to consult with her manager, suddenly the communication was cut off and they never called again.
We had to spend that night in the apartment full of ants because it was already 10 PM, and the next morning the owner sent me a message inviting me to leave and find another place since they had refunded my money.
Terrible experience, I do not recommend it at all. There may be a problem, although an infestation of ants indicates a lot about the care of the site, and by the way, there is no one at the reception and no one gives you physical help to solve it, but the worst of all was the lack of understanding and giving adequate compensation for all the consequences and frustrations this caused on our trip. We almost found ourselves on the street in the middle of Norway due to a huge lack of professionalism on the part of, especially BOOKING but also the owner.
I'm still waiting for a call to compensate me for the problems caused on our trip.
